Product Introduction

The rapid transfer port system combines a fixed alpha flange on the barrier with a mating beta container. When docked and locked, the two doors open together so their previously exposed faces remain sealed away from the transfer path. A defined rotational lock, elastomer seal and status indication guide repeatable connection and prevent opening when the container is not correctly engaged.

Key Features

Coupled alpha and beta doors keep external door surfaces outside the clean transfer path.

Mechanical locking sequence prevents opening before the container is fully docked.

Replaceable elastomer sealing rings maintain a cleanable, pressure-resistant interface.

Reusable stainless beta containers support tools, components and waste transfers.

Customer Product Concerns

Opening a conventional hatch connects the surrounding room directly to the isolator chamber and exposes door surfaces to the transfer route.

External door surfaces can enter the protected transfer path.Coupled double doors retain contaminated faces together and outside the open passage.
Partial docking can damage seals or compromise containment.A defined mechanical lock sequence confirms engagement before opening is possible.
Different loads require multiple transfer volumes.Compatible beta containers can be selected around the required port diameter and payload.
Operators need immediate connection-state feedback.Status indicators and optional position sensing show docked, locked and release conditions.
