Product Introduction

The positive-pressure HEPA air supply unit is arranged with a protected intake, coarse prefilter, optional molecular stage, EC centrifugal blower and final HEPA cassette. Clean air exits through a sealed round supply collar that can connect to a temporary room, enclosure or clean booth. A variable-speed controller sets the delivered airflow, while a filter pressure gauge indicates increasing resistance. Because the unit adds filtered air rather than exhausting room air, pressure is established only when the served enclosure and relief path are appropriately sized.

Key Features

A sealed discharge collar connects filtered supply air directly to a temporary controlled enclosure.

The final HEPA stage is positioned downstream of the blower to capture particles released inside the unit.

Variable EC drive allows the supply volume to be matched to leakage and relief airflow.

A differential-pressure gauge provides a visible indication of combined filter loading.

Customer Product Concerns

A temporary clean enclosure needs controlled filtered make-up air, not merely room-air recirculation, to maintain outward leakage at openings.

A recirculating purifier reduces particles but does not add enough air to create positive pressure. The ducted outlet supplies HEPA-filtered air from outside the served enclosure.
Leakage varies when doors, cable openings or softwall panels move.Variable fan control allows the supply flow to be adjusted to the actual leakage path.
Particles from a fan or internal cabinet surface can enter the protected space. The downstream HEPA cassette filters the complete airflow immediately before discharge.
Operators cannot see when accumulated dust is reducing the delivered airflow.A filter pressure indicator shows the resistance trend across the installed stages.
