Product Introduction

The perforated face air diffuser slows supply air in a rear plenum and releases it through hundreds of evenly distributed openings rather than a few concentrated slots. An internal equalizer or distribution plate reduces high velocity directly below the duct inlet, helping the full visible face remain active. The flat powder-coated panel sits flush with a modular cleanroom ceiling and can be released from below for cleaning. Supply and extract variants use the same restrained appearance, allowing coordinated terminal layouts in controlled rooms.

Key Features

A high open-area perforation pattern divides the air stream into many low-momentum jets across the complete panel.

The rear equalizer limits the central hot spot normally produced by a direct top duct connection.

A flat removable panel leaves no deep vanes that trap lint at the room face.

Matching supply and extract configurations maintain a consistent ceiling appearance.

Customer Product Concerns

Perforated diffusers only work uniformly when the plenum removes inlet momentum and the complete face remains clean and unobstructed.

Most airflow exits through the holes directly under the inlet spigot.A distribution screen and sufficient plenum depth spread static pressure across the rear of the face.
Small perforations retain surface dust that is difficult to wipe from a fixed panel.A detachable face can be washed or wiped from both sides away from the ceiling frame.
Sharp perforation burrs disrupt cleaning cloths and create particle traps.Deburred punched holes and a continuous powder coating produce a smooth cleanable surface.
Uneven ceiling framing bows the panel and opens perimeter gaps.A rigid return-edge frame supports the face while a compressible gasket follows the ceiling plane.
