Nitrogen Storage Cabinet
- Four independently gasketed chambers
- Side nitrogen distribution plenum
- Flowmeter and digital RH monitor
- Automatic relief and bleed valves
Product Introduction
The nitrogen storage cabinet divides a tall Type 304L stainless enclosure into four independently accessed dry-storage chambers. A sealed side plenum distributes the nitrogen supply to each level, while individual relief-and-bleed valves prevent pressure from accumulating behind the gasketed clear doors. Perforated stainless shelves support moisture-sensitive components without obstructing gas circulation. A blue control strip carries the inlet flowmeter, regulator and green digital RH display, allowing cabinet conditions to be observed without opening a chamber. Lift-style compression latches pull each door evenly onto a mechanically retained blue gasket.
Key Features
A common vertical plenum introduces nitrogen at every chamber instead of relying on slow migration from one inlet.
Relief-and-bleed valves release excess pressure while preserving a controlled purge path through the enclosure.
The external flowmeter and RH display keep gas adjustment and condition monitoring outside the storage volume.
Customer Product Concerns
Low-humidity storage needs controlled gas distribution and minimal moisture recovery time after routine access.
