Product Introduction

This compact isolator combines a welded stainless chamber, transparent glove window, purged side hatch and rapid transfer port on a height-adjustable mobile base. Independent supply and exhaust fans can establish the pressure mode selected for product or operator protection, while onboard low-voltage power supports controlled movement between processing stations.

Key Features

Dual HEPA air paths support controlled positive or negative pressure modes.

Two glove ports allow manipulation without opening the main chamber.

Purged transfer hatch reduces direct exchange with the surrounding room.

Alpha-style rapid transfer interface supports closed container docking.

Battery-powered lift and airflow improve mobility and docking alignment.

Customer Product Concerns

Critical materials must move between equipment without exposing the chamber, product or operator to an uncontrolled open transfer.

Barrier loss during manipulationIntegrated gauntlets maintain separation while operators handle chamber contents.
Contamination entering through material loadingThe purged transfer hatch provides a staged entry path.
Opening an isolator for container transferThe locking RTP interface docks compatible beta containers without exposing mating faces.
Airflow interruption during relocationThe onboard battery supports fans and controls away from mains power.

Typical Applications

Aseptic component transfer, sterility-test support, closed sampling, cell-therapy material handling and contained movement of small process items.

Technical Parameters

The isolator chamber uses smooth internal radii, gasketed service openings and monitored fan/filter modules. Pressure setpoint, airflow mode, RTP diameter, glove material and decontamination provisions are selected for the intended aseptic or containment process.
