Low-Flow Suit Wet-Down Shower
A low-consumption protective-suit rinse chamber using zoned water spray to suppress surface dust before removal.
- Zoned Low-Flow Sprays
- Full-Suit Wetting
- Programmed Drip Stage
- Serviceable Drain Screen
Product Introduction
The low-flow wet-down shower provides more surface wetting than a mist shower without the water demand of a full body wash. Independent upper, middle and boot-level spray bars let the sequence address the whole suit. A removable strainer, flushable branches and a stainless drain pan simplify routine operation in containment change areas.
Key Features
Full-cone nozzles deposit a controlled water layer without a hard cleaning jet.
An inline strainer protects small nozzle passages from supply debris.
Branch-end flush points help clear sediment after a campaign.
A drip-delay stage reduces water tracking into the clean changing room.
Customer Product Concerns
A wet-down stage must immobilise dust without flooding the exit route or wasting treated water.
A full drench shower uses more water than routine garment wetting needs.Low-flow nozzles apply water only around the occupied suit zone.
One overhead spray misses cuffs and footwear.Upper, middle and lower circuits create height-specific coverage.
Scale blocks the fine nozzles.A cleanable strainer and line-flush connections protect the spray circuit.
Wet suits drip into the dry corridor. The programmed hold period allows drain-down before the exit lock releases.
