Product Introduction

The glove integrity tester attaches to the isolator or RABS glove ring from inside the chamber. An inflatable circumferential seal fixes the lightweight test head in the port, then the instrument fills the glove and sleeve to the selected test pressure and records the decay over time. Battery power and wireless communication reduce hoses and cables across the barrier. Adapter sizes, test pressure and acceptance settings are matched to the actual glove material and port geometry.

Key Features

An inflatable seal centers the test head without mechanical tools.

Pressure-decay measurement checks the glove and sleeve while installed in the port.

Battery power removes an external pneumatic hose from the chamber.

Wireless control can manage one or several test heads from a tablet or workstation.

Interchangeable adapters support different glove-ring diameters.

Customer Product Concerns

Gloves are flexible barrier components that must be checked in their installed condition without creating a new leak around the test connection.

A rigid test plug damages or misaligns the glove ring.A lightweight head with an inflatable seal adapts to the port circumference.
External hoses obstruct adjacent glove positions.Battery power and wireless control keep the installed test head self-contained.
Different glove materials behave differently under pressure.Test pressure, stabilization and measurement time are configured for each glove type.
One adapter does not fit all barrier systems.Interchangeable port adapters cover the selected glove-ring dimensions.
