Product Introduction

The Integrated Personnel Hygiene Station combines two-hand sanitizing and a rotating sole-cleaning track within one stainless steel entry lane. Personnel follow the fixed passage while hand ports and footwear modules operate according to the selected cycle logic. Brushes, drip trays and service panels are removable or accessible for routine sanitation, and compatible exit-control equipment can receive the station's configured completion output.

Key Features

The hand ports and sole-cleaning track are arranged within one guided entry passage.

Presence sensors can limit brushes and liquid feeds to occupied cycles.

Two-hand positioning and sole cleaning can be configured as linked station stages.

Removable brush and drip-tray modules expose the wet zone for routine care.

The unit can be paired with compatible external exit-control equipment.

Customer Product Concerns

Separate footwear and hand devices take up space and can leave staff uncertain about the intended sequence at a busy personnel entry.

Personnel use hand sanitizer but bypass the footwear-cleaning device. The guided lane places the sole-cleaning track within the same route as the hand ports.
Several standalone units create overlapping queues and fragmented service access. One coordinated stainless frame brings the main hygiene stages into a single passage.
Brushes and liquid hardware are difficult to clean when built into separate machines.Removable cassettes, drip trays and service panels give access to the station modules.
Continuous liquid flow increases unnecessary utility use when no one is entering.Presence sensing can activate the relevant circuits only during an occupied cycle.
