Product Introduction

The emergency eyewash station supplies two controlled flushing streams from protected heads positioned above a stainless or chemical-resistant receptor. A large push flag opens a stay-open valve so the user can hold both eyelids without maintaining pressure on the control. The inlet strainer and flow controls stabilize nozzle output, while an open pedestal layout keeps the station visible and accessible near chemical handling areas.

Key Features

Twin dust-covered nozzles direct balanced flushing streams toward both eyes.

A large safety-green push flag opens a stay-open ball valve in one motion.

An inline strainer and integral flow controls reduce debris and pressure variation at the heads.

Stainless bowl, drain tailpiece and corrosion-resistant fittings support wet-area cleaning.

Customer Product Concerns

An exposed worker needs immediate, intuitive flushing with both hands free to hold the eyes open and no obstruction around the station.

Small or ambiguous controls delay activation during an exposure event.A large colored push flag gives an obvious single-motion control point.
The user cannot keep holding a valve while opening both eyelids. The stay-open valve continues flow until it is deliberately returned to the closed position.
Sediment and variable supply pressure can distort the flushing pattern.A line strainer and matched flow controls stabilize discharge at both heads.
Idle nozzles collect dust in controlled and industrial environments.Self-opening dust covers shield the outlets and release automatically when flow starts.
