Compressed Gas Quality Test System
- One case for multiple gas-quality channels.
- Dedicated pressure and flow control paths.
- Organized modules for repeatable field setup.
Product Introduction
This integrated field system organizes several compressed-gas purity measurements inside one protective open-case platform. A central digital interface coordinates the selected sensor module and records stabilized results, while the analog pressure gauge, two different-range flowmeters and three color-coded regulators keep the particle, moisture and oil-vapour sample paths visibly separated. Three front sampling ports and short color-matched hoses reduce setup ambiguity at changing utility points. The removable sensor module and fitted storage bay support transport without turning the system into a loose collection of handheld instruments. Individual measurement channels are selected and conditioned for their intended contaminant rather than treating one sensor as a universal air-quality detector.
Key Features
Separate particle, moisture and oil-vapour sample ports maintain distinct flow and conditioning paths inside the case.
One analog inlet-pressure gauge provides a direct pneumatic check before gas is routed to a sensitive measurement module.
Two different-range variable-area flowmeters make low-flow sensor conditioning and higher-flow particle sampling visually distinguishable.
Three color-coded adjustment knobs correspond to the three sampling circuits and reduce connection errors during field setup.
Rugged open-case construction, a removable sensor module and fitted hose storage protect the complete kit during site-to-site transport.
Customer Product Concerns
A meaningful compressed-gas quality survey must preserve the different sampling needs of particles, water and oil while documenting pressure, flow, test location and stabilization conditions for every channel.
Typical Applications
Technical Parameters
Representative construction for a portable compressed-gas quality test system is listed below; sensor ranges, flow circuits, wetted materials, pressure rating and data functions should be configured for the gas and the required purity assessment.
| Core Material | Impact-resistant polypropylene transport case with an anodized-aluminum instrument panel, PC/ABS electronic modules, 316L stainless-steel wetted fittings, borosilicate flow tubes and PTFE or compatible polymer sample hoses |
|---|---|
| Panel Thickness | Typically 3.0-5.0 mm for the molded case walls and 2.0-3.0 mm for the internal instrument panel |
| Effective Width | Approximately 450-610 mm across the portable open-case platform |
| Maximum Length | Approximately 500-650 mm across the largest complete case dimension with transport fittings stowed |
| Steel Facing Thickness | Typically 1.0-1.5 mm for stainless internal guards, sensor brackets and pneumatic shielding |
| Core Density | Approximately 900-1050 kg/m³ for the impact-resistant polypropylene case structure |
| Thermal Conductivity | Approximately 0.15-0.22 W/(m·K) for the polypropylene case structure |
| Surface Finish | Deep-gray textured case, dark-blue corner protection, light-gray anodized panel, blue digital display, white gauge face, clear flow tubes and blue, transparent and black sample hoses |
| Joint Type | Three panel-mounted color-coded sampling ports with stainless compression or quick-connect fittings, dedicated short hoses and a removable keyed sensor-module connection |
| Customization | Available based on the intended application and operating environment. |
