This integrated field system organizes several compressed-gas purity measurements inside one protective open-case platform. A central digital interface coordinates the selected sensor module and records stabilized results, while the analog pressure gauge, two different-range flowmeters and three color-coded regulators keep the particle, moisture and oil-vapour sample paths visibly separated. Three front sampling ports and short color-matched hoses reduce setup ambiguity at changing utility points. The removable sensor module and fitted storage bay support transport without turning the system into a loose collection of handheld instruments. Individual measurement channels are selected and conditioned for their intended contaminant rather than treating one sensor as a universal air-quality detector.

A meaningful compressed-gas quality survey must preserve the different sampling needs of particles, water and oil while documenting pressure, flow, test location and stabilization conditions for every channel.

One sample flow cannot represent particle, moisture and oil-vapour measurement requirements equally well.Route each contaminant channel through its designated port, regulator and flowmeter, then allow the selected sensor path to stabilize before recording a result.
Oil, condensate or dirty fittings can transfer contamination between test locations and bias later readings.Use clean capped hoses for each circuit, inspect the inlet before connection and purge or replace the appropriate sample path after an unexpected high-contamination event.
Pressure changes can alter flow and make consecutive site measurements difficult to compare.Check the analog inlet gauge, adjust the color-coded regulator for the active channel and confirm the appropriate flowmeter position throughout the test interval.
