Product Introduction

The cleanroom vacuum lifter combines a trolley-mounted enclosed lifting unit with a rigid stainless spreader and four compliant suction cups. A clean-compatible blue belt raises the vacuum head while the pendant controls vertical movement. Stainless external surfaces, accessible joints and replaceable cup components support cleaning and maintenance in controlled production spaces.

Key Features

Four-cup spreader stabilizes broad smooth workpieces.

Stainless external frame and suspension components resist cleaning agents.

Enclosed overhead drive keeps moving components away from the load.

Compliant silicone cups accommodate small surface variation.

Pendant control supports deliberate pick, lift and placement sequences.

Customer Product Concerns

Large smooth loads can be awkward to grip manually, while conventional lifting frames may introduce painted surfaces, exposed abrasion points or difficult-to-clean joints.

Uneven holding forceFour spaced cups distribute vacuum contact across the workpiece.
Operator fatiguePowered vertical motion reduces repeated manual lifting effort.
CleanabilityStainless external surfaces and removable cup components simplify access for cleaning.
Unexpected vacuum lossConfigurable monitoring, check valves and controlled-lowering functions can be selected for the risk assessment.

Typical Applications

Assisted transfer of smooth drums, sealed containers, sheet components, panels and packaged process materials in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, food and electronics clean areas.

Technical Parameters

Vacuum is distributed from the central suspension assembly to four cup mounts positioned near the spreader corners. The lifting drive carries the complete vacuum head independently of the vacuum circuit. Cup material, frame dimensions, vacuum source, filtration, monitoring and safe-load behavior are selected for the workpiece surface and process risk. Suitability must be confirmed using the actual load geometry and porosity.
