The Cleanroom Tote Box uses a rigid polypropylene base and matching removable lid to form a closed transfer container. Smooth inner walls and rounded floor transitions simplify wipe-down cleaning, while the reinforced upper rim controls distortion when loaded. A positive stacking footprint keeps closed totes aligned in staging and storage areas.

Customer Product Concerns

Reusable totes can carry residue between process zones if corners, lids and handles are difficult to clean. Excess payload or damaged rims may also prevent secure stacking and lid closure.

Residue may collect beneath the lid flange or in sharp corners.Use radiused surfaces and include the lid in every cleaning cycle.

A warped rim can leave a visible lid gap.Inspect the rim and retire containers that no longer close evenly.

Excessive stacking load can deform the lower container.Apply the approved load and stack-height limits for the selected size.
