The Cleanroom Tote Box uses a rigid polypropylene base and matching removable lid to form a closed transfer container. Smooth inner walls and rounded floor transitions simplify wipe-down cleaning, while the reinforced upper rim controls distortion when loaded. A positive stacking footprint keeps closed totes aligned in staging and storage areas.

Reusable totes can carry residue between process zones if corners, lids and handles are difficult to clean. Excess payload or damaged rims may also prevent secure stacking and lid closure.
