Product Introduction

The cleanroom protection rail uses a gently curved rigid PVC-u cover clipped over a continuous 6063-T5 aluminum retainer. Its 100 mm face presents a broad contact surface at trolley and cart height without resembling a handrail or projecting tube. Six countersunk holes distribute the retainer fixings along a standard section, while one close-fitting molded cap finishes each cut end and closes the exposed profile edges.

A 2.0 mm impact-modified PVC-u skin snaps onto the concealed metal support and can be replaced without removing the full retainer.
