Product Introduction

The cleanroom mop sink creates a low washing and discharge point for mop heads, buckets and floor-cleaning tools without requiring operators to lift a full pail to bench height. Its Type 304 stainless bowl is formed with generous internal radii and TIG-welded into a three-sided splash enclosure. A shallow drop-front apron shortens the bucket lifting path, while a removable blue polypropylene grate supports pails above the outlet. The flat basket strainer and 76 mm waste handle lint-bearing wash water, and an attached wall clip stabilizes the floor-mounted body.

Key Features

The low drop-front loading edge reduces the height required to place or empty a filled cleaning bucket.

A removable perforated blue grate holds pails above the waste and lifts out for direct bowl cleaning.

Generous coved corners and blended TIG welds avoid sharp internal intersections around dirty wash water.

Rear and side splash panels contain mop rinse spray without adding a separate wall-mounted upstand.

Customer Product Concerns

Janitorial teams need to rinse mops and discharge buckets close to floor level without splashing adjacent finishes or blocking a small cleaning room.

Lifting a full bucket into a conventional sink strains the operator and spills wash water. The low floor-mounted bowl and drop-front edge shorten the lifting path.
Mop fibres and debris collect around a small domestic drain.A removable flat basket strainer feeds a 76 mm waste sized for janitorial discharge.
Buckets placed directly over the outlet stop drainage during refilling or rinsing. The raised blue grate supports the bucket while leaving a drainage path beneath it.
Square fabricated corners retain dirty water after the sink is emptied. The sloped bowl floor and large coved radii direct residual water toward the strainer.
