Cleanroom ESD Grounding System
- Central common-point hub brings work surfaces, operators and compatible equipment to the same reference potential.
- Clearly identified leads and locking connectors simplify installation, inspection and fault tracing.
- Optional continuous monitoring provides immediate visual and audible warning of a broken ground path.
Product Introduction
The system centers on a wall- or bench-mounted metal common-point hub with individually identified terminals. A green-and-yellow protective-earth lead connects the hub to a verified facility ground. Separate cords serve work surfaces, floor elements and personnel connection blocks so each path can be inspected without daisy chaining. An optional monitor supervises selected conductors and reports open or high-resistance conditions through status lamps and an audible alarm.
Key Features
Distinct terminals simplify identification of each grounded asset.
Green-and-yellow earth lead provides clear protective-ground recognition.
Locking ring, snap or banana interfaces suit common ESD equipment.
Optional resistance monitoring detects path interruption during operation.
Stainless or powder-coated hub enclosure suits controlled environments.
Modular cord lengths support benches, carts and equipment clusters.
Customer Product Concerns
A grounding network must create a clear common reference without hidden series connections, unidentified leads or unreported interruptions.
Typical Applications
