Product Introduction

This cleanroom caster wheel combines a deep blue-gray conductive TPU tread with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel swivel fork, top plate and axle hardware. The resilient tread rolls quietly and limits visible floor marking while the dark hub and sealed bearing interface keep the assembly compact. A square plate with four mounting holes spreads attachment loads into the equipment base, and the single side pedal provides an accessible wheel-braking interface. The swivel race is positioned directly beneath the plate to maintain maneuverability without an offset stem. Wheel diameter, load capacity, electrical resistance, plate pattern and brake function are selected for the actual cabinet, trolley or mobile process equipment rather than inferred from wheel color alone.

The conductive non-marking TPU tread combines resilient floor contact with a wear-resistant rolling surface suited to smooth controlled-area floors.

Satin stainless steel fork, top plate and axle components provide a cleanable exterior with fewer painted surfaces exposed to routine wipe-downs.

The square top plate uses four separated corner holes to distribute mounting force and resist twisting at the equipment base.

One side-mounted foot pedal places the brake control beside the wheel while retaining clear access to the axle and swivel bearing interfaces.
