The resilient tread rolls quietly and limits visible floor marking while the dark hub and sealed bearing interface keep the assembly compact. A square plate with four mounting holes spreads attachment loads into the equipment base, and the single side pedal provides an accessible wheel-braking interface. The swivel race is positioned directly beneath the plate to maintain maneuverability without an offset stem.
