Aseptic Processing Isolator
- Closed Positive-Pressure Barrier
- Glove-Port Process Access
- Controlled Material Transfer
- Integrated Bio-Decontamination Option
Product Introduction
The aseptic processing isolator encloses critical manipulation inside a welded stainless chamber supplied with HEPA-filtered unidirectional air. Operators work through fixed glove and sleeve ports, while materials move through an interlocked transfer hatch, rapid transfer port or other closed interface. Positive chamber pressure protects the product from the surrounding room, and the air-handling system can support pressure-hold testing and an integrated vapor bio-decontamination cycle. The final process layout is built around equipment, transfer and cleaning needs.
Key Features
Glove ports position manipulation points without opening the main barrier.
Transfer hatches and rapid transfer ports control material ingress and egress.
Unidirectional filtered air protects critical open processing locations.
Welded radiused geometry supports cleaning and optional vapor bio-decontamination.
Customer Product Concerns
An aseptic isolator must coordinate chamber pressure, glove access, transfer interfaces and internal equipment without breaking the barrier.
Typical Applications
