Product Introduction

The Aluzinc-coated steel fan filter unit uses aluminium-zinc metallic-coated sheet for the plenum, access covers and formed mounting edges. The characteristic crystalline spangle remains visible, making the housing easy to distinguish from brushed stainless steel. Folded lock seams create rigid edges without extensive welding, while zinc-compatible clips and passivated fasteners limit dissimilar-metal contact. The material is intended for clean ceiling voids where a natural metallic finish and improved atmospheric corrosion resistance are required without the mass and cost of an all-stainless enclosure.
