Product Introduction

The touchless hand washing sink detects hands beneath its plain-end stainless spout and opens an electronic solenoid without a handle, pedal or knee panel. A deep 560 mm-wide coved bowl positions the drain at the rear corner, away from the incoming stream, while a removable blue splash block limits direct water impact. The sensor head includes a small blue status indicator. A keyed lower service door gives access to the low-voltage controller, battery backup, solenoid, preset mixing valve and inlet strainers.

Key Features

The infrared sensing zone activates water only when hands enter the defined area below the plain-end spout.

Rear-corner waste placement and a removable splash block separate the incoming stream from the drain opening.

A blue indicator confirms sensor response without adding printed instructions across the cleanable basin face.

The service module groups the controller, backup battery, solenoid, mixing valve and strainers behind one keyed panel.

Customer Product Concerns

Automated hand washing must reduce contact points while controlling splash and keeping electronic valves accessible for battery, filter and mixing-service work.

Users avoid a touchless station if the sensor response is difficult to confirm.A small blue status light gives immediate visual feedback beside the sensing window.
A spout aimed directly at the drain creates rebound splash onto the user and rear wall. The rear-corner waste and removable blue splash block redirect water within the deep bowl.
Sensor faucets are difficult to troubleshoot when electronics and valves are scattered behind the wall. One keyed service module groups the controller, battery, solenoid, mixer and inlet strainers.
Sediment at the solenoid causes slow closing or inconsistent flow.Serviceable inlet strainers are positioned ahead of the electronic valve on both supply lines.
