Product Introduction

The terminal housing forms the final sealed transition from the branch duct to a cleanroom HEPA filter and diffuser. A top or side spigot feeds the welded plenum, where an internal knife edge or compression flange mates with the selected filter seal. Quarter-turn or swing clamps are accessible after the diffuser face is lowered, so the filter can be changed without opening the ceiling void. Upstream pressure and aerosol ports can also be reached from the room for balancing and integrity testing.

Key Features

Room-side clamps eliminate routine access above the clean ceiling.

Fully welded plenum seams control leakage between the duct and filter face.

Gasket- and gel-seal variants match common slim HEPA frame constructions.

Detachable perforated or swirl diffusers allow the air pattern to be selected independently.

Customer Product Concerns

The final HEPA interface must remain sealed while allowing testing and filter replacement from the clean side.

Above-ceiling services block access to the terminal filter.Room-side clamps and removable diffuser panels keep routine service below the ceiling.
A loose plenum seam bypasses the HEPA element.Continuous welding joins the duct spigot, box corners and sealing frame into one enclosure.
Filter testing requires temporary hoses through the ceiling.Integrated upstream pressure and aerosol ports terminate at the room-side face.
Different rooms need different supply patterns from the same filter size.Interchangeable perforated, swirl or four-way diffuser faces attach to a common terminal housing.
