Product Introduction

The Stainless Steel Cleanroom Door combines a rigid stainless leaf with a welded wrap-around frame made to suit the host wall thickness. Brushed 304 stainless steel is suitable for many controlled production areas, while 316L can be selected where chloride exposure or stronger cleaning chemistry requires additional corrosion resistance. A closed-cell polyurethane core supports the skins and limits hollow resonance without creating exposed organic edges.

Key Features

Brushed stainless surfaces remain non-porous and do not depend on a painted topcoat.

Welded and polished frame corners reduce open seams around the structural opening.

A closed-cell core adds stiffness and limits moisture migration inside the leaf.

Purpose-built stainless hinges support wide clear opening angles and frequent operation.

Matching architraves, kick plates and glazing trims create a consistent metal finish.

Customer Product Concerns

Stainless doors are selected where surface corrosion, coating damage and difficult frame seams would shorten the service life of a conventional doorset.

Paint chips expose carbon steel after repeated impact and aggressive cleaning.Solid stainless facings retain corrosion resistance even when the brushed surface is locally marked.
Open frame mitres trap moisture and cleaning residue.Welded, dressed frame corners replace open mechanical joints at the visible perimeter.
Moisture entering a porous infill can swell or delaminate the leaf.Closed-cell polyurethane and capped edges isolate the internal construction.
Mixed-finish accessories create small corrosion points around a premium door.Stainless hinges, handles, trims and protection plates maintain material continuity.
