Product Introduction

The refrigerated pass box combines a thermally insulated stainless transfer chamber with opposing interlocked doors and a dedicated cooling module. It allows temperature-sensitive samples or supplies to cross a controlled wall without personnel movement while reducing simultaneous door opening. A digital controller displays chamber temperature, and sealed internal corners, removable shelving and accessible condensate management support routine cleaning.

Key Features

An insulated stainless chamber and refrigeration module maintain a controlled cool transfer environment.

Electromagnetic door interlocks discourage both doors from opening at the same time.

Flush wall frames, gasketed doors and radiused internal corners simplify cleaning around the opening.

A digital controller provides local temperature display and configurable alarm contacts.

Customer Product Concerns

Ordinary pass boxes do not protect materials that must remain cool while waiting for receiving staff on the opposite side.

Sensitive material warms while staged inside a conventional transfer hatch.Active refrigeration and insulated panels reduce temperature rise during controlled transfer.
Opening both doors can disturb room segregation.Opposing electromagnetic interlocks permit one controlled side to open at a time.
Condensation and shelf joints complicate chamber cleaning.A stainless radiused liner, removable shelves and managed condensate path provide accessible surfaces.
Operators cannot readily confirm internal temperature before retrieval.A front digital controller displays measured chamber temperature and supports alarm output.
