Product Introduction

The packaged loop skid connects a Purified Water storage vessel to the facility supply and return headers. A sanitary centrifugal pump maintains circulation, while short drainable branch assemblies provide controlled point-of-use access. Online instruments track hydraulic and water-condition trends, and the local cabinet coordinates pump speed, alarms and interfaces to the upstream generation system.

Key Features

316L stainless supply and return headers

Hygienic centrifugal circulation pump

Short drainable diaphragm-valve branches

Variable-speed flow and pressure control

Online conductivity, temperature and pressure instruments

Low-hold-up sanitary fittings and return bends

Compact stainless control cabinet

Skid-mounted layout for factory assembly

Customer Product Concerns

Distribution quality depends on sustaining circulation, controlling branch geometry and matching pump operation to changing point-of-use demand.

Low-demand periods create stagnant sectionsMaintain continuous return flow and use short drainable branches with valves located close to the circulating header.
Pressure falls when several users openUse measured loop pressure and variable-speed pump control sized against the full hydraulic profile.
Water-condition changes are detected too lateMonitor return conductivity and temperature continuously and trend deviations at the local control panel.
Complex field piping is difficult to inspectPreassemble the pump, instruments, hygienic headers and defined branch manifold on an open stainless skid.

Typical Applications

Oral solid dosage manufacturingNon-sterile liquid pharmaceutical productionBiotechnology buffer preparationCosmetic purified-water utilitiesNutraceutical and laboratory PW networks

Technical Parameters

Header size, pump duty and branch count are selected from loop length, elevation, peak draw-off, return-flow target and sanitization strategy.
