Product Introduction

Phenolic pre-insulated ductwork is fabricated from rigid closed-cell phenolic foam panels laminated with aluminum foil on both faces. The relatively low thermal conductivity provides useful insulation in a thin wall, leaving more service space around the finished duct. Sections are produced by grooving, folding and sealing the panel, then connected using aluminum or polymer profiles with foil tape and vapor-compatible sealant. The system is intended for dry HVAC air distribution and benefits projects that need low installed mass and a clean external finish.
