Product Introduction

This mobile unit is a doorless open ionising pass-through portal, not a wheeled enclosed air-shower booth. Side housings carry ionising blow-off heads and the compact air equipment, while a bridged frame remains open for personnel to walk through. Locking castors, forklift provisions or adjustable feet allow the portal to be moved between indoor work cells and stabilised for use without permanent floor fixing.

Key Features

The open portal permits quick passage without doors, thresholds or a sealed chamber.

A rigid mobile base carries the complete frame for short-distance relocation.

Locking castors and levelling feet help stabilise the unit before operation.

Ionising blow-off heads can be directed toward garment and equipment surfaces.

A detachable connection boot can align the portal with a temporary partition when required.

Customer Product Concerns

A mobile static-control station must move easily between work cells while remaining stable, open and practical during personnel use.

Temporary work cells do not justify a fixed static-control installation. The self-supporting portal can be relocated between indoor production areas.
A wheeled frame can move or twist while people pass through it.Locking castors and adjustable levelling feet stabilise the base in its operating position.
Static-control equipment is difficult to reconfigure when a temporary line moves. The integrated mobile frame retains the ionising heads and compact air equipment as one unit.
A temporary clean partition needs a neat interface around the treatment point. An optional flexible connection boot can close the gap to a compatible partition opening.
