Product Introduction

The Medical Gas Terminal Box is a compact, flush-mounted point-of-use assembly for connecting clinical equipment to a piped medical gas system. The illustrated four-port configuration arranges oxygen, vacuum, nitrous oxide and medical air in one horizontal stainless-steel panel. Each outlet combines a gas-specific keyed connector, internal shut-off function and individual copper tube tail inside a recessed galvanized-steel back box. A single top-hinged transparent cover protects the unused sockets while leaving their colour rings visible, and the radiused brushed face supports routine wipe-down around the wall interface. This terminal box is a patient-use connection panel; it is not an area shut-off valve box, pressure-monitoring alarm or ceiling supply pendant.

Key Features

Four independently piped terminal positions provide a compact horizontal connection point without combining the gas paths inside a common manifold.

Gas-specific keyed sockets help prevent a probe intended for one service from engaging a different terminal type.

Front-accessible outlet cartridges and internal maintenance shut-off functions allow a terminal position to be serviced without removing the complete recessed enclosure.

The satin AISI 304 face frame, radiused edges and shared clear cover present a low-projection surface suited to modular operating-room and clinical wall systems.

Customer Product Concerns

A multi-service wall terminal must keep each gas path unmistakable, accessible and protected while fitting within a shallow, cleanable clinical-wall assembly.

Adjacent outlets can create a wrong-connection risk when their interfaces are visually similar. Each terminal uses a gas-specific keyed socket together with a distinct identification ring and service symbol.
A projecting surface box can obstruct equipment movement and collect dust around its upper edges. The recessed back box keeps the radiused stainless face panel close to the finished wall for a compact wipe-down interface.
Unprotected sockets may collect debris or be struck while no clinical device is connected. One transparent hinged cover shields all four unused terminal faces while preserving a clear view of their colour identification.
Servicing one worn connector can become disruptive when the whole panel must be removed or the gas paths are not individually accessible.Front-removable terminal cartridges, separate rear valve bodies and individual copper tails create a defined service route for each outlet position.
