Product Introduction

The low-UV yellow light combines a selected LED spectrum with an optical filter that blocks residual ultraviolet and short-blue energy. It is intended for processes whose sensitivity extends below the visible amber region or where a broader yellow working light is preferred. The filter is captured behind a sealed smooth window, protecting it from abrasion and chemical contact during routine cleaning.

Key Features

The optical stack suppresses UV energy in addition to shifting the visible color.

A protected filter layer is isolated from direct wiping and chemical splash.

The yellow output offers usable visual contrast for manual handling tasks.

The sealed body maintains the same cleanable geometry as adjacent white fixtures.

Replaceable optical modules allow the spectrum to be selected for the actual material response.

Customer Product Concerns

Materials can respond differently to ultraviolet, violet and blue energy, so a generic yellow appearance does not define a safe spectrum.

A tinted cover lacks data on its UV transmission.A defined source-and-filter combination targets the unwanted short-wavelength band.
Cleaning scratches an exposed filter and creates bright leakage points. The filter remains protected behind a smooth sacrificial optical window.
Extremely narrow amber light reduces visual color discrimination.A broader yellow spectrum can balance material protection with operator visibility.
Different photo-chemistries need different cutoff behavior.Interchangeable spectral modules match the selected process sensitivity.
