Ionizing Air Nozzle
- Focused ionized-air outlet neutralizes charge in narrow spaces and localized machine processes.
- Compact cylindrical housing and pivoting foot simplify integration near the target.
- Separate pneumatic and locking electrical connections keep air and power routing clear and serviceable.
Product Introduction
This nozzle integrates a silver-anodized cylindrical housing, blue front collar and tapered stainless outlet into a rigid point-of-use assembly. A recessed emitter at the outlet ionizes clean dry air or nitrogen before it reaches the target. The green status lamp confirms operation, while the pivot-mounted L-foot permits stable installation and aiming. A blue pneumatic tube and separate black electrical lead terminate in distinct fittings so plant air and controller power can be connected and serviced independently.
Key Features
Tapered stainless outlet provides a durable, cleanable flow path.
Compact round housing fits inside tools, guards and narrow process openings.
Green status lamp gives a direct visual operating indication.
Pivoting L-bracket supports controlled aim and two-hole machine mounting.
Separate air and electrical connectors prevent connection ambiguity during service.
Alternative outlet tips can adapt the pattern for focused, wide or extended reach.
Customer Product Concerns
Localized charge and contamination can persist inside small process spaces where a blower cannot be positioned and handheld cleaning is not repeatable.
