Product Introduction

The Integrated Hand Wash, Dry and Sanitizing Station places the hand-hygiene steps in one linear cabinet. Touchless soap and water outlets serve the wash stage, a drying module removes residual moisture, and enclosed hand ports provide the selected sanitizer at the final stage. The wet zone, air-drying or paper-drying section and solution reservoir areas are separated within the unit to make routine service more orderly.

Key Features

The three stages are arranged in a clear wash, dry and sanitizing sequence.

Touchless soap and water outlets reduce the need for users to touch wash controls.

A dedicated drying module can be configured for filtered air or paper towels.

Separate tubing and service compartments keep wash and sanitizer supplies apart.

The final module can provide a completion output to compatible entry equipment.

Customer Product Concerns

Separate wash, dry and sanitizer units can create unclear traffic flow and make it easy for users to miss a stage.

Personnel move from rinsing to the entrance with wet hands. The central drying stage is physically positioned between wash and sanitizing modules.
Unlinked devices create queues and crossing movement in a small airlock.A single linear cabinet provides one clearly ordered hygiene route.
Wash and sanitizer supplies are confused during refilling.Separated service compartments and fluid circuits identify each supply route.
A connected entrance needs to know whether the station sequence has finished. The control arrangement can deliver a completion output after the configured stages.
