Filter Leak Test System
- Coordinated aerosol, airflow and full-face leak scanning.
- Adaptable fixture for varied HEPA and ULPA formats.
- Traceable local penetration and pressure-drop results.
Product Introduction
This filter leak test system integrates a sealed filter holder, adjustable airflow circuit, upstream aerosol conditioning and downstream scan measurement into a coordinated test station. Interchangeable adapters accommodate different filter formats, while the control software records pressure drop, challenge stability and local penetration across the media and frame. Manual and automated scan configurations support production quality control, filter development and independent laboratory verification.
Key Features
Controlled test airflow maintains the selected face velocity.
Upstream aerosol generation and dilution stabilize the challenge concentration.
Coordinate-guided scanning covers media, frame and seal regions.
Differential-pressure measurement links leakage results with filter resistance.
Configurable adapters accommodate multiple filter dimensions and constructions.
Customer Product Concerns
Production filter testing must control fixture bypass, challenge uniformity and scan coverage while preserving a clear record of the actual test airflow.
Typical Applications
Technical Parameters
Typical modular test-station construction is summarized below; fixture size, airflow capacity and detector arrangement are selected for the target filter range.
