Product Introduction

This filter leak test system integrates a sealed filter holder, adjustable airflow circuit, upstream aerosol conditioning and downstream scan measurement into a coordinated test station. Interchangeable adapters accommodate different filter formats, while the control software records pressure drop, challenge stability and local penetration across the media and frame. Manual and automated scan configurations support production quality control, filter development and independent laboratory verification.

Key Features

Sealed horizontal filter fixture supports repeatable element mounting.

Controlled test airflow maintains the selected face velocity.

Upstream aerosol generation and dilution stabilize the challenge concentration.

Coordinate-guided scanning covers media, frame and seal regions.

Differential-pressure measurement links leakage results with filter resistance.

Configurable adapters accommodate multiple filter dimensions and constructions.

Customer Product Concerns

Production filter testing must control fixture bypass, challenge uniformity and scan coverage while preserving a clear record of the actual test airflow.

Different filter sizes can create bypass around the test fixture.Interchangeable gasketed adapters and controlled clamping seal the test element around its full perimeter.
An unstable challenge concentration can distort local penetration results.Upstream conditioning, dilution and reference sampling monitor aerosol stability throughout the scan.
Manual probe movement may leave gaps in surface coverage.Coordinate guidance or an automated traverse maintains defined scan spacing and speed.
Leak results without airflow and pressure context are difficult to compare.Synchronized airflow and differential-pressure channels store operating conditions with each test.
