This filter leak test system integrates a sealed filter holder, adjustable airflow circuit, upstream aerosol conditioning and downstream scan measurement into a coordinated test station. Interchangeable adapters accommodate different filter formats, while the control software records pressure drop, challenge stability and local penetration across the media and frame. Manual and automated scan configurations support production quality control, filter development and independent laboratory verification.
