Product Introduction

The FFU group control panel operates a defined group of EC fan filter units serving one room or process zone. A small touchscreen or selector interface provides common start/stop and preset airflow levels, while addressable communication or isolated analogue outputs deliver commands to the connected fans. Status lamps and a summary alarm relay show whether the group is available without exposing the complexity of a facility-wide supervisory system. The panel can work independently or report its group state upward to a central controller.

Key Features

One zone command keeps neighbouring FFUs at a coordinated operating level.

Preset production, standby and boost modes reduce repeated manual adjustment.

A local summary alarm identifies communication or fan failure within the controlled group.

Compact low-voltage construction suits wall mounting near the served cleanroom.

Customer Product Concerns

A small FFU zone needs coordinated operation and fault visibility, but a large central cabinet can be disproportionate to the number of connected units.

Individual wall switches leave adjacent FFUs running at mismatched speeds.A shared group setpoint sends the same operating command to every fan in the zone.
Operators cannot tell whether a stopped unit is disabled or has a communication fault.Separate run and alarm indications distinguish normal standby from abnormal loss of feedback.
A small room cannot justify the space and wiring of a full supervisory cabinet. The compact wall enclosure combines low-voltage control, group display and field terminals.
Future central monitoring would require replacing the original local controls. An optional network port allows the group panel to become a subordinate zone node.
