ESD Brush
- Conductive handle and bristle path help equalize charge when the brush contacts a grounded operator or work surface.
- Dense, resilient filaments lift loose particles without introducing an ordinary insulating brush into the EPA.
- Slim long-handle form reaches between assemblies, fixtures and bench equipment.
Product Introduction
This long-handled brush combines a carbon-loaded black polymer body with permanently conductive or dissipative synthetic bristles. The molded handle provides a continuous grasping surface and a hanging hole for controlled storage. Its narrow bristle block reaches along PCB edges, connector rows and equipment recesses while the grounded user or bench surface provides the path for charge equalization.
Key Features
Static-control bristles retain their electrical function without a surface coating.
Narrow rectangular brush head reaches confined assembly areas.
Dense filament rows collect dry particles with light sweeping pressure.
Rounded handle edges support repetitive bench cleaning.
One-piece molded handle-to-head structure resists loosening.
Bristle stiffness and head width can be selected for the component geometry.
Customer Product Concerns
Cleaning near electrostatic-sensitive parts requires both controlled electrical behavior and a brush geometry that does not damage small features.
