Product Introduction

The Disposable Cleanroom Coverall provides full-body single-use coverage without requiring a garment laundering cycle. A lightweight white nonwoven or microporous laminate body combines an integrated hood, elasticated openings, covered zipper and optional attached footwear. Seam construction and packaging can be selected for the facility's contamination and handling procedure.

Key Features

Single-use construction avoids cross-cycle garment handling

Integrated hood reduces the gap between head and body garments

Covered front zipper limits exposed closure surfaces

Elastic wrists, ankles and hood opening provide controlled fit

Optional thumb loops and attached boot covers stabilize interfaces

Customer Product Concerns

Single-use apparel must balance low-lint coverage, movement strength and wearer comfort for the actual task. The material weight, seam type and integrated interfaces should be selected deliberately because a heavier barrier construction is not automatically the best option for every controlled operation.

Lightweight disposable fabric may tear at high-stress movement points.Select reinforced crotch and underarm construction where repeated bending is expected.
Loose hood and wrist openings can shift during work.Use elastic openings and thumb loops sized for the selected gloves and head covering.
Exposed closure edges may collect splash or particles.Specify a covered zipper with an adhesive or overlapping storm flap when appropriate.
An unnecessarily heavy barrier layer can increase heat discomfort.Match nonwoven or laminate weight to the actual contamination and splash-control task.

Typical Applications

Suitable for cleanroom cleaning, pharmaceutical support operations, medical-device production, laboratory preparation, precision assembly and maintenance tasks governed by a single-use gowning procedure.
