Product Introduction

Cleanroom wire shelving uses five electropolished Type 304 stainless open-grid shelves supported by four grooved stainless posts. Each shelf corner contains a tapered sleeve housing that locks around a two-piece split sleeve, producing a rigid connection without cross-bracing. The open wire pattern allows supply air to pass through stored levels and exposes containers, shelf undersides and the floor zone for inspection. Shelves can be repositioned at 25 mm post intervals, while threaded leveling bolts correct local floor variation. The all-stainless configuration avoids plated surfaces in areas subject to repeated wipe-down or damp cleaning.

Key Features

The open-grid pattern leaves a direct air path through all five storage levels and minimizes broad horizontal dust ledges.

Electropolishing smooths the exposed Type 304 wire surface and removes the need for a flaking decorative coating.

Two-piece split sleeves and tapered corner housings make the shelves adjustable without drilling or horizontal braces.

Numbered 25 mm post grooves provide a repeatable reference when all four corners of a shelf are repositioned.

Customer Product Concerns

Open cleanroom storage should preserve room airflow, reveal hidden surfaces and remain adjustable without coated components that can deteriorate during cleaning.

Broad solid shelves create stagnant zones beneath closely spaced storage levels. The five open-wire decks allow vertical room airflow to continue through the rack.
Shelf undersides and trapped debris are difficult to see during line clearance. The grid construction leaves stored loads, undersides and the floor visible from multiple directions.
Painted or chrome-plated racks can expose damaged coating after repeated wet cleaning.Electropolished Type 304 wire and posts provide a uniform stainless surface with no applied color layer.
Reconfiguring a welded rack for taller containers requires a replacement frame.Tapered corner housings release from split sleeves so each shelf can be reset at 25 mm intervals.
