Cleanroom Qualification Test Kit
- Four coordinated qualification instruments.
- Fixed clean accessory inventory.
- Rugged portable field organization.
Product Introduction
This modular field kit keeps four separate measurement devices and their clean accessories in a custom closed-cell foam case: a compact light-scattering airborne particle counter with an isokinetic sample head, an air-velocity meter with a telescopic probe, a differential-pressure meter and a temperature-humidity probe module. Dedicated tubing, short cables and adapter positions keep the measurement paths separated and make pre-use inventory checks straightforward. The kit supports selected qualification and investigation tasks, but the applicable tests, locations, occupancy state, acceptance criteria, instrument ranges and calibration status remain defined by the approved test plan rather than by the case itself.
Key Features
Custom-cut closed-cell foam assigns a fixed position to each meter, probe, tube and adapter for rapid completeness checks before entry.
Compact airborne particle counter includes one defined sampling head for representative point sampling without adding redundant particle channels.
Telescopic air-velocity probe supports repeatable low-velocity surveys at supply faces, work zones and other planned grid locations.
Differential-pressure meter with paired pressure connections supports room-to-room and filter-pressure checks using the appropriate tubing arrangement.
Rugged case, sealed latches, reinforced handle and wipe-clean inserts protect calibrated instruments during controlled transport and storage.
Customer Product Concerns
Cleanroom qualification combines different measurement principles, ranges, probe positions and sampling procedures; reliable results depend on matching each instrument to the approved test plan and maintaining controlled setup, calibration and data traceability.
Typical Applications
Technical Parameters
The representative construction below describes a portable case and instrument organization rather than a universal test capability. Final particle-counter flow, velocity and pressure ranges, climate-probe performance, accessories and calibration intervals should be selected for the specified qualification tasks.
