This modular field kit keeps four separate measurement devices and their clean accessories in a custom closed-cell foam case: a compact light-scattering airborne particle counter with an isokinetic sample head, an air-velocity meter with a telescopic probe, a differential-pressure meter and a temperature-humidity probe module. Dedicated tubing, short cables and adapter positions keep the measurement paths separated and make pre-use inventory checks straightforward. The kit supports selected qualification and investigation tasks, but the applicable tests, locations, occupancy state, acceptance criteria, instrument ranges and calibration status remain defined by the approved test plan rather than by the case itself.

Cleanroom qualification combines different measurement principles, ranges, probe positions and sampling procedures; reliable results depend on matching each instrument to the approved test plan and maintaining controlled setup, calibration and data traceability.

A generic instrument bundle may omit a required test or use an unsuitable range for the room and occupancy state.Configure the kit against the approved qualification protocol, specifying each test, location, state, range, resolution and acceptance criterion before selecting instruments.

Particle results can be biased by the wrong sample head orientation, excessive tubing length or an incomplete zero check.Use the designated isokinetic head, keep the approved sampling path short, confirm flow and zero-count performance, and follow the planned sample volume and location sequence.

Transporting a calibrated kit can damage probes or leave uncertain calibration status.Protect each sensing element in its keyed cavity, secure the case during transport and verify the identification and calibration status of every instrument before use.
