Product Introduction

The cleanroom material cart shields wrapped components and sealed production supplies while they move through controlled corridors. Its fully welded Type 304 case has a smooth interior with three height-adjustable solid shelves and removable blue retaining rails. Two front doors close against a continuous blue silicone gasket using over-center compression latches, reducing direct exposure to corridor dust without presenting the cart as an airtight chamber. Blue corner bumpers protect wall finishes, while a rear tubular handle and four 150 mm polyurethane casters control a loaded cart.

Key Features

The enclosed welded body prevents wrapped materials from being directly exposed on an open shelf during transfer.

Continuous blue silicone door seals are compressed by two positive latches and remain visible for inspection.

Three solid shelves relocate on enclosed stainless support tracks to suit cartons of different heights.

Full-height blue corner bumpers absorb low-speed contact before the stainless case reaches a wall panel.

Customer Product Concerns

Sensitive materials can collect corridor fallout or shift inside a cart unless the load compartment is enclosed, the doors close consistently and shelves restrain mixed carton sizes.

Open carts expose wrapped stock to traffic-generated particles between controlled rooms.A fully enclosed welded case surrounds the load throughout movement.
Light doors rebound open when the cart crosses floor joints.Over-center latches compress the continuous gasket and positively retain both doors.
Fixed shelf spacing wastes space or forces unlike cartons onto one level.Enclosed support tracks allow all three shelves to be repositioned without protruding hardware.
A heavy cart damages wall panels when maneuvering around an airlock corner.Blue perimeter bumpers intercept low-height and vertical corner contact.
