Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Marker provides a broader, more surface-compatible mark than a ballpoint pen while retaining a controlled polymer construction. Its fine bullet nib writes on cleanroom paper, labels, plastic bags, glass, metal and disposable labware. Permanent quick-drying ink resists routine water and alcohol exposure, and the fitted cap protects the fiber tip between uses.

Key Features

Fine bullet nib creates clear permanent lines on varied surfaces

Alcohol-based ink dries quickly to reduce smearing

High-density polymer barrel limits loose components

Fitted cap maintains nib condition and prevents unintended marking

Irradiated and non-irradiated packaging options support different zones

Customer Product Concerns

Controlled labeling often includes nonporous bags, trays and equipment tags that a ballpoint cannot mark reliably. Marker ink must dry quickly without compromising the facility's material and traceability controls.

Slow-drying ink can smear onto gloves or adjacent labels.Use quick-drying permanent ink and allow the mark to set before handling.
A damaged fiber tip may produce an inconsistent broad line.Match fine or ultra-fine nib size to the required label area.
An uncapped marker may dry out or mark a work surface.Replace the fitted cap immediately after each marking operation.
Barrel printing can deteriorate under aggressive solvent wiping.Apply only approved wipe-down chemistry and avoid strong thinners.

Typical Applications

Suitable for cleanroom labels, sample bags, plastic trays, glassware, metal tags, disposable labware, laminated forms, equipment identification and controlled production markings.
