Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Cleaning Brush is a compact manual tool for removing adhered residue and loose soil from accessible equipment surfaces, benches, containers and cleanroom support areas. Its one-piece white polypropylene handle and brush block present smooth, easy-to-inspect surfaces, while densely trimmed polyester PBT filaments supply repeatable scrubbing action. A curved handle transition keeps the working head clear of the operator's fingers, and the oval hanging aperture supports organized storage after cleaning and drying.

Key Features

White polypropylene body makes visible residue easier to detect during inspection

Synthetic PBT filaments resist moisture and provide consistent bristle recovery

Dense rectangular bristle field distributes hand pressure across the working area

Rounded molded edges reduce dirt-trapping corners on the handle and brush block

Integrated hanging aperture supports drainage, drying and zone-controlled storage

Customer Product Concerns

Manual cleaning tools used near controlled production must remove soil without introducing natural fibers, damaged wooden surfaces or poorly cleanable joints. They also need a size, bristle stiffness and storage method that fit the target surface and the site's cleaning procedure.

Natural-fiber or wooden brushes can shed, absorb liquid and become difficult to inspect.Use a molded polymer body with synthetic PBT filaments for a non-wood, moisture-resistant construction.
Bristles that are too soft or too aggressive may not match the residue or surface finish.Select soft, medium or stiff filament trim according to the soil load and surface compatibility assessment.
Crevices around the brush block can retain detergent, soil or rinse water.Specify smooth rounded body geometry and rinse the bristle-root area as part of the documented cleaning cycle.
Uncontrolled storage can allow a brush to contact the floor or migrate between cleaning zones.Assign brushes by area or color and suspend them through the integrated aperture after washing and draining.

Typical Applications

Suitable for controlled cleaning of stainless-steel benches, equipment guards, small containers, carts, utility surfaces, corners and other accessible areas in pharmaceutical production, biotechnology facilities, medical-device manufacturing, laboratories, electronics cleanrooms and cleanroom support spaces.
