Product Introduction

The cleanroom air transfer grille allows passive airflow between adjacent rooms when a pressure difference exists but a ducted transfer branch is unnecessary. Opposed V-shaped aluminum blades overlap through the wall opening, preventing a straight visual path while leaving a broad free area. Matching front and rear frames clamp around the partition, and an adjustable sleeve covers the cut edges of doors or sandwich panels. The removable faces provide access for wiping the blade channels and the interior sleeve.

Key Features

Overlapping chevron blades obscure direct visibility through the partition opening.

A large free area passes pressure-relief air with less resistance than a densely baffled acoustic transfer unit.

The telescopic sleeve adapts one grille set to different cleanroom door and wall thicknesses.

Two removable finished faces leave the internal blade passages accessible from either room.

Customer Product Concerns

A passive transfer opening must relieve room pressure without exposing unfinished partition edges or creating a direct line of sight.

A plain wall opening allows direct visibility and light passage between controlled rooms.Opposed chevron blades overlap the opening while retaining a usable airflow path.
The grille frame does not span the thickness of a sandwich-panel wall or door.An adjustable sleeve bridges the partition and seals both room-side frames to the cutout.
Pressure relief is inadequate because the transfer core has too little free area.Generous blade spacing minimizes resistance for the selected grille width and pressure differential.
Dust remains trapped inside an enclosed double-sided grille.Detachable face frames expose the blade passages and sleeve for cleaning from either side.
