Automatic Door Motor
- Single Brushless DC Motor
- Integrated Reduction Gearbox
- Toothed Belt-Drive Pulley
- Keyed Five-Wire Connection
Product Introduction
This automatic door motor is a replaceable mechanical drive module for overhead pedestrian sliding-door operators. One black cylindrical brushless motor is coupled to a silver die-cast reduction gearbox, which delivers usable door-driving torque through a single toothed timing pulley. The zinc-plated L bracket provides four fixed mounting points, while the terminated cable harness carries the motor and feedback conductors to the separate operator controller. The assembly contains no door logic board, sensor or mains power supply, keeping motor replacement distinct from controller service.
Key Features
A compact right-angle reduction stage lowers output speed and increases pulley torque without extending the drive assembly along the operator rail.
The black toothed pulley provides positive engagement with the operator timing belt and reduces slip during reversing movement.
A keyed low-voltage harness and four-hole galvanized bracket provide repeatable electrical orientation and rigid mechanical location during replacement.
Customer Product Concerns
A replacement door motor must match the operator's electrical feedback, pulley geometry, reduction ratio and mounting datum; similar-looking generic motors are not automatically interchangeable.
