Product Introduction

The Alkali Mist Purifier is a horizontal packed-bed wet scrubber for compatible alkaline aerosol and water-soluble basic vapours, with ammonia and amines as the representative application basis. Exhaust passes across a uniformly irrigated packed section where a selected acidic wash liquor absorbs and neutralizes the basic contaminant. A downstream droplet eliminator separates entrained liquid before discharge, while the integral reservoir, corrosion-resistant pump, dosing tube and pH/level interfaces maintain the recirculation loop. The low-profile layout suits service floors or roof zones where a tall tower is impractical. Airflow, chemistry, inlet loading, residence time, purge rate, by-product control and material compatibility remain specific to the installed process.
