Exhaust passes across a uniformly irrigated packed section where a selected acidic wash liquor absorbs and neutralizes the basic contaminant. A downstream droplet eliminator separates entrained liquid before discharge, while the integral reservoir, corrosion-resistant pump, dosing tube and pH/level interfaces maintain the recirculation loop.
