The EC centrifugal supply-air fan unit places a high-efficiency backward-curved impeller, electronically commutated motor, airflow sensing and flexible connections inside a rigid insulated cabinet. Direct drive removes belts and their wear particles, while variable speed allows the fan to compensate for filter loading or switch between occupied and setback airflow. Removable panels provide access to the wheel, motor electronics and isolation mounts from outside the air path.
