The Compressed Air Sterile Filter is a single-cartridge sanitary assembly intended for final microbial control after the compressed-air train has removed bulk liquid, oil aerosol, particles and excessive moisture. The selected 0072 / 10/30-class configuration uses one electropolished 316L housing, two opposed DN40 sanitary clamp connections, one vent, one low-point drain, one quick-release body clamp and one hydrophobic pleated borosilicate depth element protected by stainless liners. Air flows through the cartridge from the inside outward, while the smooth drainable housing supports controlled steam sterilization and integrity-management procedures. This product is not a substitute for upstream coalescing or drying equipment, and its published challenge result does not remove the need for validated installation, sterilization and integrity checks.
