The cleanroom window gasket is an extruded silicone glazing profile installed between the glass edge and the aluminum retaining channel. Its wedge or keyed section applies continuous pressure without allowing hard metal contact with the pane. In double-glazed observation windows, the gasket works with the spacer and frame system to position both panes, accommodate small dimensional variation and present a smooth perimeter suitable for controlled interiors.
